2019 – A busy year for London Family Photography!

Posted by & filed under Families.

Wow  – what a year 2019 has been! So busy and full of fantastic London family photography. I’m so grateful to all the families that have chosen me to photograph them with their children. It has been a blast and I can’t wait for more of the same next year! Although I also do headshot photography, musicians photography and weddings my main work is family photography. I just love photographing families, children and babies. You never know quite what to expect, especially with very young children. There is certainly never a dull day – just the way I like it!

As well as photographing lots of families who live in London I’ve also photographed a huge number of families on holiday in this fantastic city. It’s been fascinating meeting them and hearing about their lives back at home. I’ve loved photographing them at London’s famous landmarks and in the parks too.

Colourful London family photography!

The most popular location for my London vacation photography in 2019 turned out to be the area between Tower Bridge and Borough Market. Each time I’ve returned to this location with a different family I’ve tried to capture something new for them. Such as the early morning silhouette sunrise photo with the family of five in front of Tower Bridge. I’ve also enjoyed discovering new colourful walls to use as backdrops for these lovely families. As you can probably tell from the collage of photos below I love a good bit of bright colour!

I’ve also really enjoyed photographing London families in their favourite local parks too. Parks that the children know so well and are happy to run around in while I photograph them. The photos from these sessions will be amazing for the family to look back at in years to come. What a perfect reminder for the parents of the place where they spent so many happy hours when their children were little.

So thank you to all the wonderful families I’ve photographed in 2019. I couldn’t have done it without you! And I hope you enjoy your images for years to come.
