I was so excited about this family photography session in South West London last year. It was my third time photographing this lovely family and it was wonderful to see how the two children are growing up. I first photographed the family when they had one little baby girl. Now that little baby girl is going to school and has a little brother as a playmate.<\/p>\n

What length photography session will work best for you?<\/h2>\n

In my photography business I offer several packages, each of different length, to suit all family\u2019s needs. The one hour sessions take place in one location, usually either the family home or local park. An hour gives us enough time to get some relaxed family portraits and capture some more candid moments. The longer sessions give a bit more flexibility. There’s time to take photographs in a couple of locations, providing a greater variety of shots.<\/p>\n

This family had opted for the one hour session, so they could get enough photos to update their image collection and make into Christmas presents for family members. We had decided to spend the hour at their home, as the weather forecast was not looking too hopeful. Luckily it was dry enough at the beginning for us to pop into the garden and have some family portraits outside. The children then had lots of fun on their slide and racing around on their favourite toy cars.<\/p>\n

We then headed indoors to get more portraits of the family together and some informal shots of the children playing happily in their rooms.<\/p>\n

It was great to see this family again, I can\u2019t wait for the next time!<\/p>\n
